Ben Ho is an Executive Partner and one of the three founders of our firm.

Prior to establishing our firm, Ben Ho had worked for over 8 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, including 3 years in the New York and Detroit offices in the United States of America. He gained substantial professional experience in audit, assurance, internal control review and financial due diligence engagements, particularly in the Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and US markets. Ben's expertise covers audit of global financial institutions including listed banks and Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC")-licensed corporations as well as financial due diligence engagements for multinational clients investing in the banking sectors in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan. In addition, he was a corporate financial advisor for listed companies at Platinum Securities, an SFC-licensed corporation, after his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ben is a Practising Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Risk Manager, Certified Tax Advisor (Hong Kong) and a Fellow Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Anderson Li is an Executive Partner and one of the three founders of our firm.

Prior to establishing our firm, Anderson obtained extensive experience in assurance and corporate advisory services for a wide range of enterprises in the Greater China Region. He worked at Hang Lung Properties Limited where he acquired valuable knowledge and experience in the diverse commercial field. Anderson started his career and gained extensive professional experience at Kwan Wong Tan & Fong (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu) where he managed numerous audit, assurance and taxation engagements for both local and foreign entities. He had a wide variety of clients, ranging from trading, manufacturing, servicing companies to charitable organizations, thus providing him with immense experiences in dealing with both private and public entities.

Anderson is a Practising Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Certified Tax Advisor (Hong Kong) and a Fellow Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Savio Ho is an Executive Partner and one of the three founders of our firm.

Prior to establishing our firm, Savio had obtained many years of professional experience at Kwan Wong Tan & Fong (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu). He has extensive experience in audit, assurance and taxation engagements for local and foreign entities. His experience spans across multiple industries, including trading, manufacturing, servicing companies and non-profit-making organizations.

Savio is a Practising Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

William Wong is the Principal of our firm, with extensive China / Hong Kong cross-border tax and business advisory experience.

Prior to joining our firm, William Wong was the International and M&A Services Tax Manager at a Big Four accounting firm.  He specializes in providing international tax advisory services, supply chain tax planning services, corporate restructuring services, tax structuring services pre-acquisition and post-acquisition and tax due diligence services.  

William Wong graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Juris Doctor Degree and a BBA Degree in Professional Accountancy.  He is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant and a Hong Kong Certified Tax Advisor (“HKCTA”).  He also won the Highest Score Award (China Tax Paper) for his HKCTA exam result, and he is 1 of the 19 HKCTAs eligible to practise in Qianhai, Shenzhen, China.  Currently, William Wong serves as a committee member of the China Tax Committee of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Simon Young is a Principal of HORIZON (HK) CPA Limited.

Simon is a seasoned financial regulatory compliance professional with a broad spectrum of product expertise covering private banking, wealth management, asset management, securities brokerage, insurance brokerage and insurance. He has extensive experience in advising financial institutions on regulatory compliance matters, including but not limited to, anti-money laundering compliance, investment products selling practice and suitability, licensing, trade surveillance, internal controls. Simon had held senior compliance positions in various Chinese, European and US banks (e.g. CICC, Standard Chartered Bank and Merrill Lynch), and had also worked in the Securities and Futures Commission. Prior to joining our firm, he was the Head of Compliance - Private Banking of BOC International, the investment banking arm of the Bank of China Group.

Simon qualified as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong in 1999 where he gained substantial experience in audit and assurance, risk controls and advisory services. He holds a Master of Law Degree in International and Corporate and Financial Law and a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems Management. Simon is a US  Certified Fraud Examiner, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Sam Yeung is the Tax Manager of our firm.

He had worked for more than 6 years at a Big Four accounting firm before joining our firm. He has extensive experience in providing tax compliance services, as well as tax advisory services such as corporate group restructuring, due diligence and cross-border tax planning. He served various types of clients including multi-national corporations, local listed companies, large private companies and partnerships.

Sam Yeung is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor degree in accountancy.

Joanna Mak is a Principal in the Internal Audit Division of our firm.

Prior to joining our firm, Joanna had worked for 5 years in PricewaterhouseCoopers where she gained professional experience in audit and assurance, internal control review and compliance review. Joanna’s expertise covers listed global financial institutions and SFC-licensed corporations. In addition, Joanna also worked for two international investment banks for 4 years as an internal auditor and operational risk analyst where she was responsible for internal control review, operational and financial reviews, and performing risk assessment.

Joanna is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Certified Tax Advisor (Hong Kong) and a Member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
